Welcome to my blog, The Orange Skillet. I'm a music teacher as part of my continuing technical education, I took a class on blogging.  As a result, I started this blog about food and mostly the cooking I do in my own kitchen.  Ocassionally, I will share my thoughts on food I've enjoyed elsewhere.  I look forward to sharing my thoughts with you in this blog.
